Motivation & Support / Need motivation

Im a mother of 3, the youngest is barely two months old. Im ready to get my body back.. but horribly unmotivated and a mountain dew junkie

I agree with Henry too and try choose the perfect time for you whether your kids are sleeping or in the school so try to line your time up on the scheduel and follow it ,beside U advice wonen who have kids to drink more of Milj and fruits on the morning its gonna help your body and bones a lot to fain vack yoyr fitness and dont eat at night you can eat fruits ,salads and some nutrients liquids so in other wird its called 12 hrs fasting except wgat I have mentioned and try walking fast at the...

Maybe it's not lack of motivation but support you're looking for and there are plenty of good folks here that will give you that! Do a gradual reduction with the soda. I did it with Pepsi and haven't touched one in 3 years!! I can give you more info on what I did if you want it

Just stop eating after 7pm and always drink some water early in the morning, but no breakfast

Use your kids as motivation... I do... there a constant reminder of why u started this journey no doubt they'll probably join in on the fun:-)

Figures you have have to pick the soda with the most sugar ever!!! 46g per can, you only need like 20g a day...
