I personally like working out and running in the morning, gets me ready for the day. Lol. I also just started this. Any tips? suggestions? Music? Anything?
When your done, stretch really well :). And listen to whatever kind of music makes you want to dance.
Try running with water in your mouth. It's a training technique for runners. It helps your breathing out by expanding your lunges. Do core workouts 2-3 times a week and don't stop this. Do it for at least 3 months you will feel a Crazy difference in your energy level. Eat healthy in portions and you can do anything.
