I am 16 years old and I want muscle and wants a sixpack. I have been doing workouts a month long and I have not the result that I wants to have. If you have tips for me workouts recomment.
You should get at least 1.5 gms of protein per pound of bodyweight to grow I eat 2-3 gms per pound of bodyweight myself just saying that might be a factor
If you can hit that amount by food then continue by all means but powders are just more convenient and even cheaper if you buy in larger containers. Happy lifting brah
