I had to see a dr. today for extremely painful knots in my right bicep and shoulder. I'm supposed to rest it (which is crazy difficult as I'm right handed) and got a script for Tylenol lol. Anyway, I need some good workouts that aren't going to require me to use my right arm and shoulder. Any help is greatly appreciated 😄

Thanks for th suggestion! I'm going to try to switch it up with some things that require very little arm movement or I can do with one arm. So far:
Drop squats
split squats
hamstring kickbacks
lunges
lateral leg lifts

If anyone else thinks of anything I can do or that maybe I can do to reduce the swelling in my arm let me know. Thanks again

I was told to do something called Stir the Pot. NOT the one on this app. :-) You bend at the waist so your arms dangle and move the arm around as if stirring a large pot. Reverse direction after a few circles. It works the shoulder gently.
