For every workout you got points. It's not important. Just ignore that!

Its junk and will most likely be removed soon...workout for your health and fitness not for points :-)

I think that is for the leadership board. I recently stated following someone that has more workout points than me and they are above me.

Points are one way of motivating ourselfs.. you can form a team and compete against each other. The points will say who is on top among your team\friends. Some times i will motivate myself to beat the person just above me in my friends list.
