I would say ab workouts. Crunches, stretches, and a well balanced diet! ♡♡

Eat really healthy and do high intensity workouts and HIIT. Ab workouts only increase muscle; they do not burn fat.

Eating healthy and high intensity training will burn fat, but it is not a guarantee that is will be from your stomach. It is impossible to spot reduce.

Loosing weight fast in one place on a whim... wish so much to know how, if there is a way. Havent found such a method yet.

My best advice to you is building up muscle and sweating it out, dear. Targeting solely your abs... will do virtually nothing. While you may develop a bulk of muscle, it will be hidden by this "fat" you want to loose.

Work your entire body hard and pure- muscle burns fat all day every day.
