I really want to work on my arms. They need more than just push ups. Any body have any suggestions on workouts they love and work?
Weights lol
For the biceps: barbell curl, zottman curl and hammer curl.
For the triceps: bench dips, triceps pushdown and close-grip barbell bench press.
