What exercises/workout should I do to get a flat stomach???

Everything about cardio and over 30 minutes! Do NOT,i repeat, Do NOT do ABs exercises before you have a flat stomach!

There are many you can do. At home planks, leg lifts, in gym machines that target those areas, ball use for leg lifts, sit ups.
